Outline of procedure / activity and location:

Me and my team started shooting at 12:00pm, it was running heavily that morning so as a result the forest was very dirty and full of water and mud, which was extremely hard to shot in that condition. The whole scale of the forest had many holes in the ground as it could be highly dangers by breaking their lags. As the forest is open to the public and residents I had to make sure people can’t be in my shots, to do so I stopped shooting/action any time people including families went passed. We also had our Middlesex University ID cards in present just in case someone like any residents asks what we are doing.

Expected Hazards

Damaging camera equipment by dropping in the lake or in the mud full of water

Ground is full of holes as they can be very dangers once you stepped in it which can result in breaking your feet/leg with it.


The forest is full of trees, bushes and Poison ivy but as a result of that my actress were comfortable as I provided a full waterproof suits and boots to keep them warm and dry, so we can county finishing shooting.

People walking pass us, making sure we give clear way for them and not to record with any permission.

Persons potentially at risk:

No one was hurt or had any potential risk during the shooting. Everything was all right.

Action in event of an accident or emergency
Before shooting we received a location clearance from Trent Park offices and it came with, if we have any emergency problems we must notify the security guards at once, which we had their phone numbers and we can all at any time. And also In case of a personal problem
